Payouts Consultant

Oxford Finance is part of the Turners Automotive Group.  We provide flexible financial solutions for individuals and small to medium business customers that are easy to understand and simple to put in place.

Based in our Levin office as a Payouts Consultant you will work closely with our lending process with accurate and complete information to ensure each loan application meets compliance and audit requirements.  You will mainly be communicating with our nation-wide network of dealers & brokers along with our customers. This is a Friday to Tuesday 10am-6.30pm shift.

What does the role entail?

In this role, you will:

• Support the end to end lending process to ensure loan applications are completed to a high standard
• Review and verify all supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Complete data entry and ensure our systems are up to date and correct
• Communicate with dealers, brokers, and customers regarding application requirements
• Ensure loans are processed within agreed timeframes
• Work collaboratively with the Payouts Manager and wider team to support business goals.

What do we need from you?

• A relevant tertiary qualification with some work experience preferred;
• Attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy;
• The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
• Strong interpersonal skills & a resilient nature;
• A real team player who demonstrates a high level of integrity.
