Customer Services Consultant

Oxford Finance is part of the Turners Automotive Group.  We provide flexible financial solutions for individuals and small to medium business customers that are easy to understand and simple to put in place.

Who would suit this role?

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls, assisting customers with their queries or re-directing to other departments if required. 

This opportunity will suit someone who has previous customer services experience and is comfortable working in a call centre environment. It goes without saying that you will possess clear and confident communication skills and understand the importance of delivering a high standard of customer services on every call.

What does the role entail?

• Receiving & handling inbound calls within agreed service levels;
• Processing customer queries, ie/ statement/contract requests, change of ownership, updating customer details, direct debit changes etc;
• Processing settlement quotes;
• Assisting with insurance related enquiries & following up on unpaid premiums and/or cancellations;
• Management of all incoming mail and monitoring of general email inboxes.
  

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience in a customer service role; either phone based or customer facing;
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written;
• Strong interpersonal skills with an unflappable, resilient nature;
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
• High level of computer literacy along with fast & accurate data entry.
