We have a great opportunity for an Account Manager with collections experience to join our Credit Services team.
Who would suit this role?
This
opportunity will suit a goal orientated and high performing professional who
takes ownership of their portfolios and thrives in a fast paced environment
while working to targets and KPI’s. It goes without saying that you will
possess outstanding communication skills and understand the importance of obtaining
a positive outcome for our clients.
What does this role entail?
Based in our Levin office, the role will involve making and receiving collection based calls, providing solutions to our client’s customers who have debt related issues ensuring compliance and a high level of customer service on each call.
What do we need from you?
- Previous
experience in a credit control/collections based role;
- The ability to
obtain a positive solution through negotiation;
- Strong
interpersonal skills with an unflappable, resilient nature;
- Exceptional time
management and organisational skills;
- A team player,
driven to be successful and achieve targets.
